Co- Hosting can be a % of booking. Sue is happy to work with you and your needs. It can depend on how much help you want or need and what stage of the hosting journey you are at. Everyone hosts in different ways and therefore Sue is happy to tailor a package for you.
Basic packages and pricing below or Sue can work out a % of booking package. These packages range from 10% to 20%

Have STR expert Sue Jordan as a co-host on your property for 4-weeks and make use of her knowledge and experience to create a successful Airbnb/HomeAway listing. This offer a one time offer only for the purpose of training. If Co-Hosting continues after training then a % of booking rate is to be negotiated. Generally management fee’s are about 20% depending on property demands and requirements including nightly rates
